Transparency, Lantern Slide. Written on the edge of the slide is "11127 Beals, N.Y." Image shows a set up in a large room with a conveyor and large sets of tubes possibly for cooling. Set-up on the lower level may be a pasteurizer. Above this room is a loft with two large tanks. Tubing leads from the upper loft to the machinery in the floor below. Another tank is in the center of the conveyor. Slide is from the Cornell University, Dept. of Dairy Industry and was part of an educational slide show.
