Real photo postcard. A man and a boy stand in a hay field that has been cut and the loose hay made into hay cocks for picking up, loading on a wagon to store. As per the note on the reverse of the postcard, this field was 3 1/2 acres of land and seven large loads were taken off of it the summer of 1914. The man in the photograph looks down at the hay. A wooded area is in the background.
