Photographic print. Several people are partaking in recreational activities around a pond that may be flooded at the time the photo was taken. Four people are in a boat in the pond. Two women and two men are fishing at the edge of the pond on the right side of the photograph and another man stands posing with a gun behind one of the women fishing. A roadway is beyond the pond and multiple people are standing in the roadway on the left. Across from the pond three people pose at the edge of the road and the driveway to the property. Two people drive a horse-drawn wagon on the driveway and look like they may be leaving the property. Along the roadway on the right is a split rail fence in front a barn and outbuildings. Two men stand along the fence. On the property, a farmhouse is on the left mostly obscured by trees. Several sheds of varying sizes are between the house and the driveway to the right of the center of the photograph. A large barn and three different outbuildings are on the right side of the driveway. In the back of the property several carriages are parked. The foreground is filled with a grassy area and the pond.
