Description: 
Stereograph. This photograph by the Keystone View Company shows two workers in a butter factory "printing, wrapping and packing butter for Market." The man on the right is packing the rinsed, salted and colored butter (on left) into a mold. Each mold holds one pound of butter. After the butter is removed from the mold it is wrapped in paper and boxed by the man on the left. It is then stored in a very cold refrigerator until set, and then sent to market.
