Slide transparency. A young person and an older man grind apples with a manual apple grinder on the Schlafer farm in Guildford, New York. The grinder is set up on a wood frame. A pail is below the grinder to catch the ground bits of apple. Apples are put in the grinder from a wooden bushel basket on the right. The older man works the machine.
