Photographic negative. Per Image Envelope: Fultonville Thruway. Fultonville is a village in Montgomery County, New York. Aerial image shows cleared land where the Thruway will be built. Three supports for a bridge are along the route. Access roads with piles of sand/dirt/fill are on the side of the highway. In the foreground are trees, and machinery can be seen just past the trees. Buildings are in the background in front of a forested hill. "Tranquille" is written on the side of the negative.
