Photographic negative. Per image envelope: It's Maple Sugar Time in Upstate New York. Lewis County. Image shows a man pouring sap into another bucket covered with cloth to filter the sap. Buckets, bowls and cans can be seen on the work bench and floor. A stack of cut wood can be seen in the background. Another man is also in the background. Tools such as saws, a kerosene/oil lamp and more can be seen on the beams and wall on the right. "Tranquille" is written on the side of the negative.
