Photographic Negative. The image is a landscape showing Edward Garretson's farmstead in Stillwater, Sussex County, New Jersey. The larger building in the foreground (a building in which cans of milk were stored) "went downstream" and washed away in the flood of 1955. The smaller building in the foreground is a concrete spring house. The image shows Hemlock Valley Farm.
