The display includes melons, parsnips, cauliflower, turnips, cucumbers, cabbage, squash and more. On the bottom, left corner is printed C.S. HAMPTON'S EXHIBIT/ST. MARK'S FAIR/1913/HUNT, N.Y. On the reverse is the typed message: THIS EXHIBIT IS 22 FT. LONG AND WON FIRST PREIUMN [sic] AND A BLUE RIBBON 22 FT. LONG. THERE WERE 55 VARIETIES OF TABLE VEGETABLES IN THIS EXHIBIT. The postcard is postmarked in Portageville, N.Y. on Dec. 23, 1913.
