Description:
Glass plate negative. An 18th Century barn stands on the edge of a creek, pond or otherwise. The barn does not appear to be used at the time of the photograph. A side door is open on the two-story English style barn. The stone foundation on the side and right end of the barn looks to be in disrepair. A barbed fence and posts extend from the back corner of the barn toward the left of the photograph. A gravel embankment is between the barn and the water. Marsh-like grasses are in the foreground. Trees fill the background of the print.
